Rasmussen Alterna FireStones were created for those looking for a complement to contemporary or modern decor. The perfect alternative to gas logs, these FireStones are easy to install and look beautiful in any vented or wood-burning fireplace (only in fully functioning wood burning fireplaces with damper wide open).
Made with refractory ceramic material these firestones are high heat resistant and built to last. Rasmussen FireStones require a vented Rasmussen burner. Burner options include Rasmussen CS Match Light Burner or CXF Match light Burner with Ember Booster. The CS Burner can be used with single-sided, see through and multi-sided fireplaces while the CXF Burner can only be used with single-sided fireplaces only.
FireStones are available in single colors Natural (tannish gray, the base material color) and seven Ceramic Stain colors made from Rasmussen’s proprietary formulation, including White, Black, Dark Gray, Light Gray, Beige, Brown and Adobe Red.
